Once returned to our warehouse, please allow 1-2 weeks for our returns department to process your refund.  Once processed, you will receive an email notifying you. Also, please be aware that your credit card company may take an additional 2-7 business days to post the credit to your account.

Can I exchange an item?
- We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different product, you’ll need to return the item for a full refund or gift card.

I received a damaged or defective item/ or an incorrect item. 
- Please email davidaubreycustomerservice@gmail.com if it is within 10 days from purchase on davidaubrey.com and we will look further into the issue. Please include a photo of the damaged item. We only accept damaged items purchased through davidaubrey.com. 

Can I return an item that I purchased at a third-party retailer?
- Sorry, but we only accept returns on product that was purchased through davidaubrey.com.  You will need to contact the retailer that you purchased it from and return it through them in accordance with their return policy. If the item needs repair, please email davidaubreycustomerservice@gmail.com with a photo of the broken item so we can assess, there may be a fee for shipping and repair.
