Returns and exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?

If you are not satisfied with your order from David Aubrey, you have the option to exchange your items or return it for a full refund. Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date.  Make sure that the items are in the same condition in which you received them, with the tag and seal intact. David Aubrey is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. Please obtain a tracking number for your records. We will charge the standard $5.00 shipping fee for every exchange shipped to you. 

We recommend that you use your own trackable and insured shipping method. Please send your return to the following address:

Will I be issued a refund?

Yes, we will issue refunds for returned items postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for processing. 

 

Placing an Order

Do you charge sales tax?

We are obligated by law to collect 7% sales tax on orders shipped to all New Jersey addresses.

What payment options do I have?

We accept American Express, Master Card, and Visa. All payment methods require a U.S. billing address.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

David Aubrey accepts credit card payments through a secure online server.

Is my privacy protected when shopping on the website?

All information is kept confidential and not shared.

How can I reach someone regarding my order?

If you have any questions regarding an order placed online, please call us at 201 653 2200 anytime between 10 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday. For written inquiries, please email info@davidaubrey.com. All messages and emails received after 5:00 pm will be responded to the following day.

Can I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please contact customer service within 24 hours from the time you placed your order. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Do all David Aubrey items come with jewelry boxes?

Yes, every item (except sale items) purchased on davidaubrey.com is sent with a jewelry box that is perfect for gift giving. 

Where is David Aubrey jewelry made?

All David Aubrey jewelry is handcrafted by skilled artisans at our studio in Jersey City, NJ.

 

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Since all pieces are handmade to order, all orders are processed and shipped within 7 – 10 business days, Monday thru Friday.

What is the shipping cost?

FREE GROUND SHIPPING for orders over $50.  $5 Flat Rate Shipping For All Orders Under $50.

Where is my David Aubrey order shipping from?

All David Aubrey jewelry is shipped from our studio in Jersey City, NJ.

Does David Aubrey ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes.

Does David Aubrey ship overseas?

How can I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email with a shipment tracking number after your order has shipped.

 

Jewelry Care

Protect all jewelry from scratches, chemicals, and contact with water. After wearing, gently wipe each piece clean of make-up and skin oils. Store jewelry separately so it doesn’t tangle with or scratch other jewelry. Apply make-up and hair spray before putting on your jewelry. Make-up and hair spray contain chemicals that may affect your jewelry. Do not store jewelry next to heating vents, windowsills, or in the car. Do not wear jewelry while in a pool, hot tub, or bathing. If treated with care, your jewelry will last for years to come. Purchases made within one year from davidaubrey.com will be repaired free of charge. For transactions exceeding the 365-day window, a repair fee will apply. We do not refund any return shipping. Store your sterling silver or gold jewelry in a dry location, preferably in a cloth bag or a jewelry box, as open air will quicken the natural oxidation of the metal.
