Can I return or exchange my order?
If you are not satisfied with your order from David Aubrey, you can return it for a full refund. We gladly accept returns on full price, sale, and clearance items. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of original receipt and items must be in the same condition in which they were received, with the tag and packaging intact. Gifts or items purchased during the holiday season from November 15th to December 15th must be returned by January 30th of the following year. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We strongly encourage utilizing a shipping method which provides a tracking number. David Aubrey is only able to credit you for the items received back to our warehouse; we cannot be held accountable for lost or stolen packages.
For the speediest processing, please ensure your package includes the following:
- Your full name & shipping address
- David Aubrey Order Number
Once returned to our warehouse, please allow 1-2 weeks for our returns department to process your refund. Once processed, you will receive an email notifying you. Also, please be aware that your credit card company may take an additional 2-7 business days to post the credit to your account.

Can I exchange an item?
-We do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different product, you’ll need to return the item for a full refund or gift card. If returning a gift, please email us for instructions.
I received a damaged or defective item/ or an incorrect item.
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if it is within 10 days from purchase on davidaubrey.com and we will look further into the issue. Please include a photo of the damaged item. We only accept damaged items purchased through davidaubrey.com.
Can I return an item that I purchased at a third-party retailer?
- Sorry, but we only accept returns on product that was purchased through davidaubrey.com. You will need to contact the retailer that you purchased it from and return it through them in accordance with their return policy. If the item needs repair, please email email@example.com with a photo of the broken item so we can assess, there may be a fee for shipping and repair.

Do you charge sales tax?
We are obligated by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to all New Jersey addresses.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
David Aubrey accepts credit card payments through a secure online server.
Is my privacy protected when shopping on the website?
All information is kept confidential and not shared.
How can I reach someone regarding my order?
If you have any questions regarding an order placed online, the best way to reach us is via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number in your inquiry or you can simply respond to the order email confirmation.
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please contact customer service within 24 hours from the time you placed your order. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
Do all David Aubrey items come with jewelry boxes?
Yes, every item (except sale and clearance items) purchased on davidaubrey.com is sent with a jewelry box that is perfect for gift giving.
Where is David Aubrey jewelry made?
All David Aubrey jewelry is handcrafted by skilled artisans at our studio in Bayonne, NJ.
When will my order ship?
Since all our pieces are handmade to order, items will be produced and shipped within 7 – 21 business days, Monday thru Friday.
What is the shipping cost?
FREE GROUND SHIPPING for USA orders over $50. $5 Flat Rate Shipping For USA orders Under $50.
Does David Aubrey ship overseas?
Yes we do. The shipping cost will be indicated at checkout once you've entered your shipping information. International orders may be subject to additional fees, duties, and taxes upon delivery. If you'd like to return an item, we strongly encourage utilizing a shipping method which provides a tracking number. David Aubrey is only able to credit you for the items received back to our warehouse; we cannot be held accountable for lost or stolen packages. Please note that international shipping and handling charges are not refundable even if you refuse the package and it is returned back to the USA.

All David Aubrey jewelry is shipped from our studio in Bayonne, NJ.
Does David Aubrey ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email with a shipment tracking number after your order has shipped. Please make sure you enter the correct email address so you don't miss updates on your order.
If I am purchasing a gift, what are my wrapping options?
Please indicate under "order comments" if your purchase is a gift. We will gladly enclose a custom gift message with any order, free of charge. Every item (except sale and clearance items) purchased on davidaubrey.com is sent with a jewelry box that is perfect for gift giving. Sale items will be wrapped and protected in tissue.
Protect all jewelry from scratches, chemicals, and contact with water. After wearing, gently wipe each piece clean of make-up and skin oils. Store jewelry separately so it doesn’t tangle with or scratch other jewelry. Apply make-up and hair spray before putting on your jewelry. Make-up and hair spray contain chemicals that may affect your jewelry. Do not store jewelry next to heating vents, windowsills, or in the car. Do not wear jewelry while in a pool, hot tub, or bathing. If treated with care, your jewelry will last for years to come. Purchases made within one year from davidaubrey.com will be repaired free of charge. For transactions exceeding the 365-day window, shipping and repair fees may apply. We do not refund any return shipping. Store your jewelry in a dry location, preferably in a cloth bag or a jewelry box, as open air will accelerate the natural oxidation of the metal.
